Great end to the series I know annabel chase is one of my favorite authors but I still somehow forget just how much I love her books every time。 It's like I remember I love her books but each time I read a new one I'm reminded of just how much I love them。 This one was no different in that regard。 Loved seeing the conclusion and seeing the interaction of the characters from the prior series。Can't wait for the next annabel book！ Great end to the series I know annabel chase is one of my favorite authors but I still somehow forget just how much I love her books every time。 It's like I remember I love her books but each time I read a new one I'm reminded of just how much I love them。 This one was no different in that regard。 Loved seeing the conclusion and seeing the interaction of the characters from the prior series。Can't wait for the next annabel book！ 。。。more

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it， click here。 More like 1。5… This 3rd series to wrap everything up felt rushed and really disjointed。 Disappointed in the wrap up。 Aster’s end story could have been better or even just a few more pages and settling in for her before the epilogue。 Out of Britt and London， Aster felt like an after thought protagonist。

Disappointing ending to great seriesI loved this series until this book。 Seemed rushed。 It could have been split into 2 books。 The deaths were glossed over。 The gates were interesting but hurried。 As I read all 3 series leading up to this， the ending was blah。 It left me wanting more。

I enjoyed the rest of the books in this series but as a culmination of a 9 book series this story was beyond disappointing。 It felt extremely rushed and disjointed。 The characters from the last trilogy suffered the most story wise but the FMCs from the other stories felt shoehorned in as well。 It was almost like a story outline instead of a realized work of fiction。

i wanted to dnf this trilogy from book one。 spite was the only thing that kept me going bc i owed it to myself to find out how london， britt & aster’s prophecy plays out after investing my time into reading all these books。 well， spoiler alert: it is boring and predictable at best lolthe stakes were on the floor and the entire relationship between aster and dornan felt forced。 i just couldn’t connect to the mc and skimmed the whole thing tbh。 btw all of their references to current pop culture we i wanted to dnf this trilogy from book one。 spite was the only thing that kept me going bc i owed it to myself to find out how london， britt & aster’s prophecy plays out after investing my time into reading all these books。 well， spoiler alert: it is boring and predictable at best lolthe stakes were on the floor and the entire relationship between aster and dornan felt forced。 i just couldn’t connect to the mc and skimmed the whole thing tbh。 btw all of their references to current pop culture were so ？？？ maybe i skipped a few too many pages but how would they know some of these references？？ （i’d look for an example but i honestly can’t be bothered to read through this thing again） 。。。more
